Conduct Business and Market Development
Perform tailored business development activities.
Develop the strategy and tactics to enhance client visibility and access.
Provide clients with a deep understanding of Federal Agencies focusing on health and logistics services within:
Defense Health Agency (DHA),
U.S. Army Office of The Surgeon General (OTSG) and Medical Command (MEDCOM)
Other Defense Health Agencies and Organizations
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
DoD and U.S. Army Logistics Staff sections
Other Federal Agencies (VA, H&HS, others)
Provide clients with legitimate assessments of what "works" using our decades of experience.
Navigate federal agencies using strong relationships in both the Executive/Strategic and Operational levels.
Assist in preparing innovative and cost-effective approaches and solutions to present to potential clients ("White Papers", senior leader briefings).
Provide clients with strategic and tactical advice regarding business opportunities and decisions.
Develop and shape potential opportunities.
Perform other phases of business development and capture activities.
Conduct Proposal Support
Provide advice regarding proposals and properly focused, tailored communications plans.
Participate in proposal efforts (including color team reviews).
Serve as proposal SMEs (management, healthcare, and logistics focused).
Provide unique insight & understanding of Performance Work Statements (PWS).
Assist in developing and preparing unique solutions and approaches to PWS requirements.
Conduct Client Delivery
Provide thought leadership and understanding of client tasks and contracts.
Prepare/review client deliverables.
Create well defined action plans that integrate innovation and sustainability.
Assist clients in recognizing challenge categories and potential solutions.
